Crispy Sardine Bread

Hari ni asyik lapa jea, hmmm.. da makan 4kali da ni, PT cakap metabolism tgh up, sbb tu asyik lapa je every 2-3hours..so arini mmg makan je la..but makan benda yang boleh makan jea..yg mengarut mmg tak boleh! sbb hujung bulan ni nk weight in..target atleast 5kg hilang..penurunan this month mmg tak berapa banyak, since target more kepada fatloss and at the same time muscle pun naik gak..so bila timbang tu antara naik atau statik..kalo timbang pkai penimbang biasa mmg nangis oooo hahhaa..so kena timbang dekat GYM..but inchloss SUPERB!!ok2..enough with this..lets start with the resepi plak..

Resepi Crisypy ni kali credit to page Es & Ef, lily just olah sikit2 jea..tambah apa yg lily rasa perlu and buang apa yg tak nak..here it goes.......

Bahan2:

  • 60g brown flaxseed yang da dikisar, texture ala2 tepung gitu
  • secubit garam (*xsmpi secubit pun, sikit sgt utk buat rasa)
  • 1tbsp physillium husk
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • Air secukupnyaaaa (Kat sini korg kena agak2 yea, jgn lembik sgt plak)




Cara-Caranya :

  • Campurkan brown flaxseed, physillium husk dan secubit garam dengan sekata/sebati
  • Tambah 1 sudu olive oil, dan gaul sampai dia sebati..make sure texture dia tak berketul2 yea
  • Tambah air dlm 4tbsp dlu, dan gaul sampai sebati..korg gaul smpi dapat texture macam doh roti tu..kalo xcukup air tambah lagi..Kat sini korg kena agak2 yea, jgn lembik sgt plak
  • Biarkan adunan ni selama 1-1jam setengah, utk make sure flaxseed ni kembang dgn jayanya
  • Adunan ni boleh buat 4 keping crispy bread, depends dgn size korang bulat2 kan tu..
  • Make sure korang goreng dalam non-stick pan yea, letak butter sikit jea..

Senang je kan? hehe..so Crispy Bread ni korang boleh makan dgn pape pun, as for me da lama sangat mengidam sardine ni..so jadi la Crispy Bread Sardine!! nyum nyummm..sedap sgtttt!!!

Pernah dengar pasal chocolate mug cake tak? resepi in inspired from youtube..just lily olah sikit2 bubuh peanut butter tu hehe..to peanut butter lovers! you guys must love thisssssssss...

Ni antara bahan2 yg lily gunakan utk buat mug cake ni..It will only take 2min jea..tak caya? try laaaaa..

Bahan2 : 

  • 2 sachet Equal - 1 sachet dlm 0.97g carb, 2 sachet 1.95g carb (*kalo ade stevia drop, boleh pkai stevia drop jea..lagi jimat carbs)
  • 1 Biji Telur (Size A)
  • 2tbsp Hershey's Cocoa - 1tbsp dlm 1g carb (3- 2g fiber = 1 carb), 2 tbsp 2g carb

Hershey's Cocoa















  • 1tsp Peanut Butter - 1g carb (so far brand Steffi's ni paling lowcarb)

Peanut Butter














Cara-Caranya:
  • Campurkan 2 tbsp Hershey's Cocoa dan 2 sachet equals ke dalam MUG dan gaul sampai both bahan sebati
  • Masukkan 1 biji telur Size A, dan gaul bahan tersebut sampai sebati
  • Masukkan 1tsb Peanut butter dan gaul bahan tersebut sampai sebati

INI adalah hasil selepas gaul semua bahan dgn jayanya yea :D


  • Masukkan dalam microwave dan letak masa dalam 30 saat..
  • Keluarkan sekejap dan gaul bagi bahan sebati..
  • Kat sini depends erk, kalo korang suka Mug Cake korang cam lembik2, 30 Saat da cukup da..
  • For me, i will add another 10 saat, just nice!! tak lembik sgt dan x keras sgt..
For those yg tak suke peanut butter or nak jimat carbs, korang boleh remove peanut butter from resepi ni..cake ni akan jadik Chocolate Mug Cake and taste good too!!

Total carb dalam 5g camtu la..but if korang guna stevia, total carb akan jadik around 3 camtu jea..low kan? so cepat carik stevia! i'm going to buy stevia soon too :)

Happy Friday!! Ok entry kali ni bukan nk share pasal resepi tp more focus dekat Mee Shirataki..pernah dengar? Only those yg buat Atkins atau LowCarb saja yg akan tahu pasal kewujudan Mee Shirataki ni apa..Apa yg best pasal mee ni isssssssss sgt sgt sgt sgt low carb!! 1 package dalam 4g carb saja.. Cream Cheese Pancakes

Hi koranggg..as always, lily nk share another resepi, ala resepi ni korang leh google jea..tp ada yg complicated sgt, i like to keep it simple and delicious..Guna 4 Bahan jea da jadi..check dis out ok..rupanya muka tak berapa nak cantik sgt tp sedap wehhhh..seriously mmg sedap and korg mmg wajib try!

Bahan-Bahannya:
2 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1 packet equals or any other sweetener
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (utk bau yg tip top dan utk boost up metabolisme)

Cara-Caranya :
Haaaaa..ni yg paling senang skali..korg campur sume bahan2 kat atas tu dalam blender.
Blend sampai smooth atau adunan sebati.
Biarkan dalam 2minit camtu la untuk hilangkan buih2 lepas blend tu..
Panaskan pan dan letak butter sikit, the trick is kalo guna butter bau dia mmg wangi sgttt..
Then masak smpi warna keperang-perangan

Tu saja..da kata kan senang saja hehe

Notes: Hidangan ni boleh buat dalam 4 keping saja, depends dgn size korg..

Chicken Nugget - Low Carb

Hari ni terlebih rajin plak, tak paham 'ter' buat budget ayam ni plak hehe..main campak2 je buat ni, tak sangka turn out to be really GOOD!! so tujuannya kat sini nk share dengan korang resepi dia..

Chicken Nugget

Resepi:
1pc chicken breast
Daun bawang (secukup rasa)
Garam (secukup rasa)
Black Pepper (secukup rasa)
1 Egg

Cara-Caranya:
Potong kecil2 yea atau blend dia sampai hancur (lily tade process food yg power maka lily potong2 saja smpi dia kecik)
Campurkan sume bahan ke dalam daging ayam yg telah dikisar
Finally, goreng la ikut bentuk yang korang suke..nk kecik2 boleh nk besar pun boleh..

senang kan? :D bahan-bahan resepi tu korang boleh la olah2 sikit kalo nk lagi sedap, tambah bawang ke, garlic ke, cheese ke, or pape jea la..petang2 mkn camni best ooooo..pastu minum dgn nescafe buh stevia plak..terbaek laaaa...

Cauliflower Pizza - Low Carb

Here's another resepi untuk korang incase masa buat lowcarb/Atkins ni tetiba teringin nk mkn pizza plak..senang jea, xssh mana pun..

Cauliflower Pizza


Before Bakar Topping

CRUST:
1/2 LARGE head Cauliflower (or 2+ cups shredded cauliflower)
1 large Egg
1 cup finely shredded Mozzarella Cheese (or yg lain pun boleh)
1/2 teaspoon SALT

TOPPINGS:
1/2 cup tomato-basil marinara sauce (or pizza sauce) *depends on how big is your crust
1/2 cup finely shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup finely Cheddar Cheese
2 Chicken Sausage (Brand Ramly)
2 Beef Sausage (Brand Ramly)
1/2 Capsicum (any warna pun boleh)
* any topping pun boleh

Cara-Caranya:

First thing first, SAGAT Cauliflower tu dlu..
Then microwave those Cauliflower crumbles dlm masa 8 minutes. 
The reason sbb kita nak hilangkan air from cauliflower tu and utk lembutkan, setel je then biarkan dia sejuk kejap..
Dalam masa yg sama, panaskan oven, letak suhu 250 camtu la
Agak2 cauliflower tu sejuk, then kita campur sume bahan utk 1 Crust dalam 1 bowl besar
Gaul sampai rata yea..
Pastu letak la atas bekas/paper utk dibakar dlm masa 10-15minit, any bentuk tak kisah..ikut citarasa masing2..check warna crust kalo da keperang2an maksuknya da masak la yea..

Setel je CRUST, then buat toppings plak..letak la sos pizza or tomato ke anything la yg korng suke..
Then letak chicken & beef sausage atas tu
Then susun capsicum on top of it..
Last skali put Mozarella & Cheddar Cheese on top of everything! hehe
Then bakar sampai dia golden brown..sekejap jea ni..less than 5min, depends dgn oven/suhu korang bakar yea..

MEAL Preparation for 11/8 - 17/8



OK nampak sgt jarang update blog ni kan? haha..ok2..post kali ni, nk share MEAL PLAN lily utk this whole week..Basically skrg ni lily tgh focus kepada ATKINS dlu, nk try stick with this plan and see how..nnt end of this week i'll update lagi yea and see the progress :)
