Cauliflower Pizza - Low Carb

Here's another resepi untuk korang incase masa buat lowcarb/Atkins ni tetiba teringin nk mkn pizza plak..senang jea, xssh mana pun..

Cauliflower Pizza


Before Bakar Topping

CRUST:
1/2 LARGE head Cauliflower (or 2+ cups shredded cauliflower)
1 large Egg
1 cup finely shredded Mozzarella Cheese (or yg lain pun boleh)
1/2 teaspoon SALT

TOPPINGS:
1/2 cup tomato-basil marinara sauce (or pizza sauce) *depends on how big is your crust
1/2 cup finely shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup finely Cheddar Cheese
2 Chicken Sausage (Brand Ramly)
2 Beef Sausage (Brand Ramly)
1/2 Capsicum (any warna pun boleh)
* any topping pun boleh

Cara-Caranya:

First thing first, SAGAT Cauliflower tu dlu..
Then microwave those Cauliflower crumbles dlm masa 8 minutes. 
The reason sbb kita nak hilangkan air from cauliflower tu and utk lembutkan, setel je then biarkan dia sejuk kejap..
Dalam masa yg sama, panaskan oven, letak suhu 250 camtu la
Agak2 cauliflower tu sejuk, then kita campur sume bahan utk 1 Crust dalam 1 bowl besar
Gaul sampai rata yea..
Pastu letak la atas bekas/paper utk dibakar dlm masa 10-15minit, any bentuk tak kisah..ikut citarasa masing2..check warna crust kalo da keperang2an maksuknya da masak la yea..

Setel je CRUST, then buat toppings plak..letak la sos pizza or tomato ke anything la yg korng suke..
Then letak chicken & beef sausage atas tu
Then susun capsicum on top of it..
Last skali put Mozarella & Cheddar Cheese on top of everything! hehe
Then bakar sampai dia golden brown..sekejap jea ni..less than 5min, depends dgn oven/suhu korang bakar yea..

Senang je kan? kan? Selamat Mencubaaaaaa :)
